The end of a semester is quickly coming to an end. The last day of classes is tomorrow and on Thursday I will be traveling to Salt Lake City, Utah, with junior and senior graphic design students for an AIGA portfolio review. It is amazing how much work it takes to get through a semester. The students are producing a 16 to 20 page magazine/booklet for tomorrow.
They have been working very hard and many have made great progress. It will be nice to see the final results but the real value has been in the experience. I have looked at so much work in the last week that I am visually overloaded. Just one more day.
I have another month…. just a bit jealous.
How can they even CALL them semesters when most semesters are 15 or 16 weeks? (she asked because she was still jealous)
